By accessing or using our website, client portal, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Scope of Services
BizTax is a professional services firm offering:
• Tax preparation, filing, and representation.
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing.
• Business entity formation (LLC, corporations, trusts, nonprofits).
• Advisory services for business compliance and growth.
BizTax does not provide legal services, legal representation, audit, or attest services. We are not a law firm or CPA firm and should not be considered a substitute for these.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are:
• At least 18 years of age, and
• Legally able to enter into binding contracts.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information to BizTax. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Modification of Terms
BizTax may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Account Security
If you create an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify BizTax immediately at tax@biztaxllc.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. BizTax is not liable for losses incurred due to misuse of your account credentials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on this website are owned by BizTax or its licensors. Except for limited use rights granted herein, no materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from BizTax.
8. Fees and Payment
• Fees for services will be communicated in advance via engagement letters, proposals, or published rates.
• Payment is due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ongoing services may be billed on an automated recurring basis with prior notice.
• Returned checks will incur a $50 processing fee plus applicable bank charges.
9. Delivery of Services
To support our paperless initiative, all deliverables (tax returns, filings, business documents) will be delivered electronically via email, secure client portal, or cloud platform unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid email address for communication.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Services not yet rendered may be canceled with written notice to tax@biztaxllc.com.
• Non-refundable deposits, setup fees, and one-time charges will not be refunded.
• Once work (e.g., consultations, tax returns, prepared forms) has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests under $25 will not be processed.
• A processing fee of $100 may apply for discretionary refunds.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our site may include links to third-party websites. BizTax does not endorse or control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, products, or services. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
12. No Warranties
All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BizTax disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding:
• Service availability or uptime.
• Accuracy or reliability of results.
• Suitability of services for your specific circumstances.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• BizTax’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service.
• BizTax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

You agree not to use BizTax services to distribute content that is:
• Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening.

BizTax uses industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.
