Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Security Analyst with a strong background in financial systems, IT security, and business analytics. This individual will be responsible for safeguarding client financial data, supporting secure infrastructure operations, and driving data-based decision-making through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess security risks across financial applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT security protocols and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance(e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Collaborate with finance and tax teams to protect sensitive client and firm financial data.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing.
• Use business analytics tools to provide insights on operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Maintain and monitor cybersecurity software, firewalls, and encryption tools.
• Generate dashboards and reports for financial, risk, and security performance.
• Participate in incident response and recovery planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Finance, Business Analytics, or relatedfields
• 3+ years of experience in IT security, preferably in financial services or consulting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting systems (QuickBooks, ERP, etc.).
• Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with tax technology or financial compliance platforms.
